폐경기 여성의 노화불안에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing the Aging Anxiety in Menopausal Woman

본 연구는 폐경기 여성들의 노화불안에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 B광역시에 거주하는 45~60세의 폐경 증상을 가진 여성 151명이며, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월 15일부터 10월 22일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson Correlation Coefficients 및 Hierarchial regression analysis를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 폐경 증상 정도는 44점 만점 중 평균 11.44점으로 중등도 수준이었고, 자아정체감과 노화불안 수준은 5점 만점 중 평점 평균이 각각 3.41과 3.03점이었다. 노화불안에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 폐경 증상(β=.28, p＜.001)과 자아정체감(β=-.28, p＜.001)이었으며, 전체 설명력은 35%였다. 따라서 폐경기 여성의 노화불안을 감소시키기 위해 폐경 증상 완화와 긍정적 자아정체감 확립 전략을 포함한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다.

This study aimed to identify the factor influencing aging anxiety in menopausal women. The subjects were 151 women (between 45 and 60 years of age) having physical, psychological menopause symptoms who were livig in B metropolitan city. Data were collected from October 15 to October 22, 2020. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t–test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Hierarchial regression with SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. The subjects scored an average of 11.44 points for menopause symptoms, in the moderate range, with an average of 3.41 points and 3.03 points for ego-identity and aging anxiety, respectively. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis results, Menopause symptoms(β=-.28, p＜.001) and ego-identity(β= -.28, p＜.001) were verified as factors affecting aging anxiety in menopausal women. These factors accounted for 35% of the aging anxiety of menopausal women. The results indicate that menopause symptoms and ego-identity influence aging anxiety in menopausal women. It would provide the basic data for the development of program aimed at reducing aging anxiety of menopausal women.
