남북간 사회문화교류에 대한 인식변화

A Study of Perceptions of Social and Cultural Exchange between South and North Korea: Comparing on 2018 and 2019

본 논문은 최근 남북 관계개선과 북핵협상 교착국면의 변동 속에서 남북 사회문화교류에 대한 한국인들의 인식변화를 검토하고, 사회문화교류 인식에 미치는 영향 요인들을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 남북간의 사회문화교류 인식은 통일의 이익, 대북정책 인식, 북한의 변화 인식과 정의 상관관계를 가지고 있음을확인하였다. 반면에, 북핵위협인식은 북한 교류문제 인식과 유의미한 상관성을 보이지않는다. 이는 한국인들이 북핵문제와 교류문제를 별개의 문제로 인식하면서, 북핵문제해결 이전에 교류를 통해서 북한의 변화를 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 인식을 가지고 있음을의미한다.

This paper aims to analyze the changes in South Korea’s perceptions about Social and Cultural exchange with North Korea according to specific situation changes with North Korea between 2018 and 2019. On the Analyzed result, this paper discovered that South Korea’s perceptions about Social and Cultural exchange with North Korea have significantly correlated with perceptions of Interests in Unification, Government’s Policies on North Korea, the possibility of North Korean Changes. In contrast, North Korean Nuclear threat perceptions had no significant correlation with perceptions of exchanges with North Korea. This paper discovered that South Korea, which has a perception of the North Korean nuclear threat is a different matter, think that Social and Cultural exchange with North Korea can make some North Korean’s changes.
