본 연구는 저소득층 아동의 맞춤형 통합서비스가 아동과 보호자에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다 이에 따라 드림스타트 사업의 실태를 파악한 후 문제점과 정책적 함의를 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다 연구의 대상은 드림스타트 사업에 참여하고 있는 아동과 그 보호자 명을 추출하여 최종분석에 사용하였다 본 연구의 조사는 아동과 보호자의 일반적 특성을 알아보는 문항 및 생활만족도 양육실태 가족건강성 자아존중감 삶의 질 드림스타트 프로그램 만족도 등의 내용으로 구성되었다 분석결과 먼저 참여 가족들은 드림스타트 사업에 대한 만족도가 높게 나와 자녀의 양육문제와 교육 등에 대해 관심이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다 둘째 경제적인 부분과 자녀의 양육 및 교육 등이 어려움으로 나타났다 셋째 보호자의 생활만족도는 낮게 나타났으나 미래는 긍정적인 태도를 보이고 있었다 넷째 가족의 건강성과 자아존중감은 긍정적으로 나타났으나 삶의 질은 매우 낮게 나타났다
This study examined the effects of customized integrated services on children and caregivers of low-income children. The purpose of this study was to identify the actual conditions of Dream Start business and to present problems and policy implications. The subjects of the study were 190 children who participated in the Dream Start project and their guardians. This study consisted of items such as life satisfaction, parenting status, family health, self esteem, quality of life, and satisfaction with Dream Start program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the participating families were satisfied with the dream start business and had a high interest in the child care and education. Second, it is difficult to find economic part, child care and education. Third, the life satisfaction of the guardians was low but the future was positive. Fourth, family health and self-esteem showed positive but life quality was very low.
