대학생의 대인관계 유능성과 SNS 중독경향성에서 수용의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Acceptance in the Relationships between Interpersonal Competence and SNS Addiction Tendency for University Students

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 대인관계 유능성과 수용이 SNS 중독경향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 대인관계 유능성과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계를 수용이 매개하는지 확인하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울 및 경기도 소재 대학생 374명을 대상으로 대인관계 유능성, 수용, SNS 중독경향성을 측정하였다. 상관분석을 통해 측정변인 간의 관계를 검토하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 대인관계 유능성과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 수용이 어떠한 역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 대인관계 유능성과 수용, SNS 중독경향성 사이에 유의미한 상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 대인관계 유능성과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계를 수용이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 연구 결과는 대인관계 유능성과 수용이 SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 확인시켜주는 결과이다. 그리고 대인관계 유능성이 SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 수용이 의미 있는 심리적 요인이라는 것을 밝혀냈다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effects of Acceptance on the relationship between interpersonal competence and SNS addiction tendency. Methods For this purpose, Korean version of the Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire(K-ICQ), Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-16(AAQ-16), and SNS Addiction Proneness Scale were administered to 374 university students. Results The key findings of this research are as follows: First, significant correlations among all variables including interpersonal competence, acceptance, SNS addiction tendency were found. Second, the structural model of interpersonal competence, acceptance, SNS addiction tendency was proved to be valid. After examining the path coefficients of structural model, all the paths were significant. Third, the pathway between interpersonal competence and SNS addiction tendency was partially mediated by acceptance. Conclusions It implied that interpersonal competence and psychological factor such as acceptance have influence on the level of SNS addiction tendency. Also, acceptance has important role as a mediator among interpersonal competence and SNS addiction tendency.
