지역 산업연관모델을 이용한 설악산국립공원의 경제적 파급효과 분석

Estimating the Economic Impacts of Seoraksan National Park Using Regional Input-Output Model

본 연구는 산업연관모델을 이용하여 설악산국립공원이 지역경제에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 평가하여 국립공원의 기능과 역할에 대한 이해 증진과 자연 보전 정책의 정당성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 설악산국립공원 인근지역 파급효과는 생산파급 685억원, 소득파급 163억원, 부가가치파급 374억원, 고용파급 1,219명, 도내 파급효과는 생산파급 1,218억원, 소득파급 418억원, 부가가치 1,015억원, 고용파급 3,707명으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic impacts of the Seoraksan National Park using regional input-output (I-O) model and present the justification of nature conservation policy, better understanding role and function of National Park. The regional I-O analysis indicate that visitors’ total expenditures in Seoraksan National Park neighborhood generated output impact of 68.5 billion Won, income impact of 16.3 billion Won, value-added impact of 37.4 billion Won, and employment impact of 1,219 full-time jobs. In Gangwon province generated output impact of 121.8 billion Won, income impact of 41.8 billion Won, value-added impact of 101.5 billion Won, and employment impact of 3,707 full-time jobs.
