본 연구는 국립공원 내 설치된 간이식 화장실의 악취경감 및 제거를 위한 기술적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 그 결과 오물처리펌프, 미생물 분사장치, 동파방지장치 등으로 구성된 간이식 화장실의 제작 및 특허(실용신안 제20-0454420호) 등록을 통하여 기술적인 개선을 시도하였다. 한편 이러한 기술적 개선효과 검증을 위해서는 화장실 내 악취 경감효과나 탐방객의 이용 만족도 조사 등을 통해 지속적인 모니터링이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
This study was conducted to reduce and eliminate the stink of national park’s portable toilet. The results showed that the portable toilet composing of sanitation pump, micro-organism injection system, anti-freezing and bursting equipment was produced and technically improved by registration of patent(Utility Model Registration 20-0454420). The monitoring of stink reduction effect and visitors’ use satisfaction on the toilet should were conducted consistently in order to investigate the effect of technical improvement.
