다도해해상국립공원 흑산도의 조류 현황

Bird Status of Heuksan-do(Is.), Dodohaehaesang National Park in Korea

철새의 이동생태를 연구하기 위해 2012년 7월부터 2013년 6월까지 다도해해상국립공원 흑산도에서 모니터링을 실시하였다. 결과 총 234종 73,492개체가 관찰되었으며, 그 중 오리과(Family Anatidae)와 멧새과(Family Emberizidae)가 우점하는 것으로 나타났다. 우점종으로는 직박구리 Microscelis amaurotis(9.4%), 박새 Parus major(8.4%), 동박새 Zosterops japonicus(7.9%), 흰뺨검둥오리 Anas poecilorhyncha(7.3%), 흰배지빠귀 Turdus pallidus(6.0%) 순으로 나타났다. 또한 겨울철에 일부 오리류와 괭이갈매기가 대규모로 도래하여 흑산도를 월동지로 이용하는 것으로 판단된다. 월별 도래현황을 보면 나그네새의 이동시기인 봄(4~5월)·가을(10월)에 높은 종수 및 개체수가 기록되었고, 주로 번식조류가 관찰되는 여름철(6~7월)에는 낮은 종수가 기록되었다. 종 및 개체수를 반영한 종다양도(H )와 종풍부도(R ) 지수 또한 봄·가을에는 높게, 여름에는 낮게 기록되었다. 환경부, 문화재청, IUCN 등이 지정한 멸종위기 및 법정보호종은 총 29종이 관찰되었다. 또한 기존 철새연구센터의 종 목록에서 멋쟁이새 Pyrrhula pyrrhula 1종이 새롭게 관찰되었다.

We monitored migration pattern of birds on Heuksan-do(Is.), Dadohaehaesang National Park, from July 2012 to Jun 2013. A total of 73,492 birds in 234 species were recorded. Anatidae (12.4%) and Emberizidae (10.5%) were the most abundant familys. The brown-eared Bulbul Microscelis amaurotis (9.4%) was the most abundant species, followed by the Great Tit Parus major (8.4%), the Japanese White-eye Zosterops japonicus (7.9%), the Spot-billed Duck Anas poecilorhyncha, and the Pale Thrush Turdus pallidus (6.0%). Biodiversity (H ) and Richness (R ) indices were high in spring and autumn migration seasons, whereas the indices were lower in summer. A total of 29 species which are designated as threatened or endangered species were recorded and Eurasian Bullfinch Pyrrhula pyrrhula was observed for the first time in the study site.
