팔공산 탐방만족도에 미치는 영향요인 분석 연구

An Analysis of the Factors Affecting visitors’ Satisfaction for Palgongsan

팔공산은 1980년 도립공원으로 지정되었으며, 도심지역에 위치하고 있어 시민들의 여가활동에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 팔공산을 방문한 탐방객을 대상으로 탐방만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이며, 이들 중 탐방만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 파악하였다. 그 결과 탐방만족도에 미치는 영향력은 탐방편의성(β = .306)이 가장 크게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 지역시설 및 서비스(β = .231), 공원시설 및 관리(β = −.162) 순으로 분석되었다.

Palgongsan was the designated as a provincial park in 1980 and located in urban area can play important role in citizens’ leisure activities. In that respect, this study was carried out to examine the factors affecting visitors’ satisfaction and the main influence factor of visitors’ satisfaction from among these. The results showed that visitors’ conditions (β = .306) affects visitors’ satisfaction most, followed by regional service in park neighborhood (β = .231) and park facilities and management (β = −.162).
