조건부가치평가법(CVM)을 이용한 다도해해상국립공원의 생태계서비스 가치평가

종다양성 가치를 중심으로

본 연구는 조건부가치측정법을 적용하여 다도해해상국립공원의 종다양성에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. 연구방법은 2018년 11월 19일부터 12월 5일까지 만 19세 이상 남‧여 550명의 표본을 추출하여 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 다도해해상국립공원의 종다양성 보전을 위해 연간 가구당 지불의사 금액은 약 3,463원으로 분석되었다. 이를 2018년 추계 우리나라 총 가구수를 대입하면 국가 총 종다양성 보전의 경제적 가치는 약 684억 원으로 추정되었다. 본 연구 결과는 자연자원에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정해 봄으로써 자연자산 보전에 대한 경제적 타당성을 입증하고 국립공원의 효율적인 관리정책을 개발하기 위한 자료로 활용될 것이라 기대된다.

This study conducted the species diversity Value of Dadohaehaesang National Park using the contingent valuation method. The research method was conducted an online survey, by sampling 550 adults over the age of 19, from November 19, 2018, to December 5, 2018. As a result, willing to pay per household is estimated to be about 3,463 won during a year to preserve the Species Diversity of the Dadohaehaesang National Park. If the total number of households in Korea is applied in 2018, the economic value of total species diversity conservation is estimated to be about 68.4 billion won. The results of this study are expected to be used as data to get the economic validity of natural asset conservation and to develop an effective management policy of the national park.
