Under the Regulation of Job Satisfaction, the Impact of Person-Position Accordance and Person-Organization Accordance on Turnover Intention

This paper attempts to gauge the medium effect of job satisfaction through a questionnaire conducted on some domestic employees about the impact of Person-Job fit and Person-Organization fit on turnover intention. Armed with an untried research model, it probes into this field empirically.
