A Study of the Current Situation Analysis for Entry Chinese in Global Distribution Firms: Focusing on Chines' the three Northeastern Provinces

Purpose - This study aimed to current situation analysis for entry Chinese in the Korean distribution firms. Based on the study of Korean companies' strategy and current situation in the China retail market and analyze of Lotte mart' strategy, this paper aims to provide comprehensive strategies for Korean companies to expand to China's retail market. Research Design and methodology - The methodology of this paper is a case study approach, focusing on Chines' the three Northeastern Provinces in entry Chinese global firms.
