Even in primitive times, men were interested in beauty. Standards of the beauty of natural environment and/or the times always made change historically. Men always thought much of care of their appearance regardless of times, countries and race. Garments and/or jewelery could help decorate appearance, and the hair could make change of a person's impression the most. Therefore, hair related business has been steadily developed to have close relations with increase of population. More population shall increase demand on hair beauty care. As a matter of fact, hair beauty care related industry has been developed. The study examined Regis Corporation's franchise of small-scaled hair beauty care industry that expanded business in the world and develop it, and global franchise success factors.
