Effective Model of Social and Labor Relations: Approaches to Regulation

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the approaches and principles of forming an effective model of social and labor relations. The conceptual model of social and labor relations being developed is aimed at creating an effective sphere of labor as the foundation for the social modernization of society on the basis of interaction of all interested parties. During the work methods of scientific classification and systematization, system and comparative analysis in the context of global factors and modeling, were used. Given its inter disciplinary character, the research was carried out on the basis of a holistic approach, proceeding from the unity of the economic, social, cultural spheres in which an economic agent lives and operates. The result is the model of the system of social and labor relations proposed by the author, which allows us to cover the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon, to unite the influence of the external environment and the internal complex of their mutual relations and interdependencies.
