Research on Employee Relationship Management of SMEs in china

SMEs(Small and medium-sized enterprises) are fundamental factors of promoting the development of Chinese domestic economy, and maintaining the social stability. Now employee relationship management becomes more and more important influence among SMEs because it plays basic role in increasing the efficient and effective human resource management. This paper will deal with the cardinal problems of employee relationship, analyze the existed deficiencies, and try to summarize some methods on how to establish a system to improve the human recourse management of SMEs.
