A study of the Job Satisfaction affecting on turnover Intention in China

Purpose - This dissertation will attempts to gauge the medium effect of job satisfaction through a questionnaire conducted on some domestic employees about the impact of Person-Job fit and Person-Organization fit on turnover intention. Research design, data, methodology - The study conducted a survey on the 300 questionnaires’ data in NanJin city from October to December 2012. By AMOS 17.0 analyzing the data to examine these hypotheses empirically, we can confirm most hypothesis supposed. Results - This study provides takes job satisfaction as a medium to see its effect on the impact that Person-Job fit and Person-Organization fit have on turnover intention, thus creates a novel model. Conclusions – This research are mostly young employees in Nanjing City. Future studies are advised to cover different areas and industries, which might be more fruitful.
