In recent years, as the impact of Korean culture on Chinese culture, it formed a "Korean wave" phenomenon in East Asia. With respect to China, South Korea is more developed in the field of cultural industries. China is still in the primary stage of development of cultural industries. Today, Korea has entered the world's fifth largest country of the cultural industry. China's cultural industry showed an uncoordinated development. China's economy mainly depends on primary industry and secondary industry to achieve rapid growth in the national economy. Culture is not only a spiritual force, is also productive. Development of the market economy and the experience of developed countries show cultural resources is also a possible management resource. Cultural industries are not only to increase the national income, but also improve the overall strength and competitiveness of the country. In order to investigate the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, we need to compare the situation between the cultural industry in China and Korea by South Korea's successful experience. In the other hand, China needs to establish suitable strategies for China's cultural industry development to meet the increasingly fierce international competition.
