A Study of China's Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Based on Management of Korean NongHyup

Farmers' professional cooperatives in China are vigorously developing due to the support of government's policies, but some problems of management inevitably appeared. Themost important among them is that the interests of farmers - the members of cooperatives were damaged because the government regulation is very poor. The cooperatives are similar to Korean NongHyup, but the management mode of Korean NongHyup is relatively mature, so NongHyup can provide some good enlightenment to the cooperatives. First of all, farmers' professional cooperatives should establish a transparent mechanism of regulatory; Secondly, the Government and folk should provide more support to the cooperatives; Thirdly, farmers' backward consciousness should be changed through education and training, etc.
