Purpose - This study is to introduce the relevance of transformational leadership and psychological capital. Research design, data, methodology - This study is designed by transformational leadership of Bass, Burns and psychological capital of Luthans and Seligman. Empirical analysisdid not. Results - Since 1990, there have been manycrisis in business environment. In many cases, transformational has impact on better solution. Transformational leadership has mysterious power on members. Conclusions - If transformational leadership change member's mind for positive direction,they will work better. That is a matter of life, not performance. People do work better who are happy. The answer is in the transformational leadership and psychological capital.
