Study on the Impact of Interest Rate liberalization on the Performance of China listed Banks

This paper provides a comparative analysis of the evolution of the performance of commercial banks in China during 2012– 2014, a period characterized by far-reaching changes in the banking industry brought about by financial liberalization. Data factor analysis is applied to find out the financial and accounting indicators that can reflect the changes of commercial banks. The dynamic performance of China's listed banks was portrayed in the Interest rate marketization process. Overall, the results from the empirical analysis strongly support the positive impact of financial liberalization programmers on bank performance.
