Purpose – This research is to look into whether mentoring functions affects the self-efficacy and satisfaction of university's life. and by figuring out how to work the moderating effect of mentee's character of the locus of control (internal person, external person), there is the aim to provide you with newly developing mentoring system and basic information on the assistance of the operations of the present mentoring system. Research design, data, methodology – this research is all the more meaningful in that the existing university's mentoring has not dealt with this as a mentee's personal characteristic variable. i conducted a survey of D university students in dae-Jeon and it may briefly be summed up as follows. Results – First, the role playing model influences positive effects(+) in the self-efficacy, Second, the functions of the mentoring will be influenced on the satisfaction of an University life with a positive effect(+). Third, It came out into open that the personal locus of control is not controlled by the relationship mentoring system and the self-efficacy. Finally, out of the mentoring functions, the personal locus of control is able to adjust the career development and satisfaction of an university life. Conclusions – The students also showed a high degree of satisfaction in mentoring (both official and unofficial) Recent studies have claimed to be seen a positive life attitude than students who do not have the mentoring, and it is willing to support the research results of this paper. And there will be utilized to be a basis for us to increase the outcome of instruction in work life that may lead to subsequent manner.
