Following the survey result from “2011 Seoul survey” Most Seoul citizen expected of their retirement age after 60. But it has a gap with real. It was determined that 57.4% of Seoul citizens are desperately needed a re-employment service. In the survey, 62.2% (622 cases) is that people are “willing to continue working", and a response, 350 people in the current state of work for 292 people (83.4%) and “want to continue to work". But only 47.1 percent of the respondents in the survey had current state of employment in re-employment of hope. This research showed that many of them want to be re-employed but can’t find one. Come all workers (2010), a large share of the labor market was 23.5 percent about self-employed persons in Korea (Van Wing Ho, 2011) and even higher than the OECD countries next to Mexico and Chile (2008 standard .Gimboksun, 2011). In addition, ilderly people are entering the self-employed as a cross-linking job after early retirement and are in precarious employment status by choosing self-employment as an alternative to the labor market exclusion person (Seong jimi , Ahn juyeop , 2004), self-employment accounted for in the labor market continue to rate is redicted to continue to be high. In this study, we can see a high correlation between educational level, region and number of self-employed workers to leave the company. However, as lack of employment, retirement of baby boomers, and the rapid progress of aging, Entrepreneurship had become a required course in this country. Under the situation, too many business owners are entering one after another and it caused a fierce competition and many of them couldn’t survive in.
