TThe study on the Satisfaction of Accounting Information Processing System Subject based on NCS and Expansion of Employment in Distribution Company

This is the study on improving Accounting Information Processing System(AIPS) subjects which is required for growing up as a good distribution expert. Recently distribution companies are increasingly employing high school diplomas. Especially Lotte, representative distribution company is hiring more than half of employees with a high school diploma of all new recruits The ability to deal with Accounting Information Processing System is essential for developing as good distribution experts. Also a learner's satisfaction with Accounting Information Processing System is an important factor which is directly connected to improving job performance. Therefore the object of this study is to search for crucial factors of satisfaction with subjects in Business Information high school to draw up some ways to improve the satisfaction with the class and to present base line data to develop learning module of National Competence Standards. The analysis of data collected for this study is performed based on SPSS 21.0. At first, an independent variable, determinants of satisfaction with AIPS and a dependent variable, reliability of satisfaction with the class are measured. And also Analysis of Frequency, Difference Analysis, one-way analysis of variance are conducted and factorial analysis is enforced. As for the three factors drawn based on the result of factorial analysis, experience element is called factor 1, instructional design factor is called factor 2 and relevance to practical business affairs is called factor 2 respectively. To make clear the difference in the influence of an independent variable, determinants of satisfaction of Subjects in this study, multiple regression analysis is conducted based on satisfaction with the class, a dependent variable.
