A Study on MTPSL Teaching Method for Talent Training in Distribution Companies

Purpose – This study focuses on the teaching method of the distribution management department where customer contacting employees are trained and discharged. Research design, data, methodology – To verify the effectiveness of this study, measurements were performed to students who have taken merchandising lectures in the department of distribution management in J University and S University students who have taken the same lecture. Results – As a result of the lecture evaluation in step 1, the merchandising lecture was found to be exceptionally high in all areas. In the pre-to-post evaluation in step 2, the result was not statistically significant, but it was found that MTPSL had positive influence in each item. It was found that MTPSL gained remarkably outstanding evaluation compared to other lectures in the department in which substantial effect was confirmed. Conclusions – Plans that can inspire spontaneity of students should be included in teaching method through the results of this study in which consideration and measurements on the strong·weak points are required when building team unit learning systems.
