스킨십을 위한 어루만져주는 손동작놀이에 대한 교사의 인식과 실제

본 연구는 발도르프교사가 어루만져주는 손동작놀이를 현장에서 어떻게 실천하고 있는지 탐색하여 스킨십을 활용한 교수방법의 사례를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 7~9월, 발도르프교사 5인과 각 2회씩 심층면담을 하고, 현장관찰을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적연구 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 교사들은 부모와 교사가 스킨십의 중요성은 인식하고 있지만 마음을 다해 스킨십을 하는 것은 쉽지 않아 더 의도적으로 스킨십을 시도하고 있었다. 둘째, 어루만져주는 손동작놀이의 교육적 효과는 교사와 영유아의 긍정적인 관계형성을 돕고, 하루일과 중 교사와 영유아 모두 들숨을 경험하여 안정감을 갖게 하며, 긍정적인 신체접촉을 통해 신체인식을 하게 된다는 것이다. 셋째, 어루만져주는 손동작놀이를 실행하는 방법은 상황과 영유아의 특성에 따라 실행하는 시간과 방법이 다양했는데, 방법적인 면에서 기본적인 원리에서 벗어나 교사의 내면화 없이 실행하여 시구를 보고 하거나 영유아와 마주보고 하지 않고, 도구를 사용하여 실행하는 등의 문제점이 발견되었다. 그 결과 어루만져주는 손동작놀이의 교육적 의미에 적합한 실천을 위해서는 매일 반복하여 안정감 있는 들숨시간에 실행하기, 사물과 도구를 사용하는 촉감놀이와 구분하여 실행하기 그리고 내면적인 연습이 가능한 대면 교사 교육과 부모와 공유하기가 필수임을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to provide an example of an educational method using skinship by exploring how Waldorf teachers is practicing the Liebkoschen that he touches in the childcare center. For this, it conducted in-depth interviews and field observations. For this, from July to September 2020, in depth interviews were conducted with five Waldorf teachers of two times, and we did field observation of Liebkoschen. Collected data were analyzed according to the qualitative analysis method. The result of the study first, teachers recognized the importance of physical contact between infant and parents, infant and teachers, but it was not easy to do it with all one s heart, so they were more intentionally trying physical contact. Second, the educational effect of Liebkoschen is to help teachers and infants build a positive relationship, to make them feel stable by experiencing breathing, and to recognize the body through positive physical contact. Third, the method of practicing Liebkoschen varied depending on the situation and the characteristics of infants. However, a problem is discovered such as without the internalization of the teacher, to read a poem, don t face infants, using the tool. As a result, in order to practice the educational meaning of Liebkoschen, it was necessary to repeat it everyday during stable breathing time, separate it from tactile play using objects and tools, and share it with parents.
