학습분석학 기반의 인공지능 교육 서비스 활용 활성화 방안

A Study on the Activation Plan for Utilization of Artificial Intelligence Education Services Based on Learning Analysis: Focusing on Korean Language Subjects

본 연구의 목적은 학습분석학의 관점에서 국어과 인공지능 교육서비스를 활용한 학습자의 학습분석 데이터를 기반으로 교육서비스의 활성화 방안을 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 2020년 1월부터 9월까지 EBS 단추 서비스 국어 교과의 교수 및 학습활동에서 나타난 학습분석 데이터들을 중심으로 학습분석을 시행하였다. 학습분석은 데이터 탐색, 학습분석 데이터 중심 학습분석, 결과 도출의 절차로 연구를 진행하였다. 학습분석 결과, 학년과 학업 성적에 따른 서비스 사용실태를 확인하였고, 국어 학업 성취의 변화를 기준으로 학습효과를 검증하였다. 또한 교육서비스에 대해 대체로 높은 만족도를 확인하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 향후 국어과 온라인 기반 교육서비스를 제공할 때 플랫폼에 따른 지문 제공 방식과 문항 유형 제공 방식 등 중점을 둘 사항과 보완사항에 대해 논의하였다.

This study aimed to examine the learning effects of the Korean education system based on learning analytics data from learners who used AI-based Korean language education services from a learning analytics perspective. The analysis of the learning effect focused on learning analytic data extracted from the learning activities as well as teachers who taught the Korean language through the EBS Danchoo service from January to September of 2020. The effects were analyzed through data exploration, data-focused learning analysis, and results extraction processes. Due to the learning analysis, the service usage status was determined depending on users grade and performance, and the learning effects were verified based on changes in learning achievements. Furthermore, a high degree of satisfaction with the education service was confirmed. The issue of finding ways to provide questions and example paragraphs in online Korean language education service platforms was discussed based on the analysis results.
