대학 태권도관련학과 학생들의 해외취업 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 발전방안

Development plan for Education Program Designed to Boost Overseas Employment Among University Students with Taekwondo Related Majors

이 연구는 델파이 기법을 활용해 대학 태권도관련학과 학생들의 해외취업 향상을 위한 교육프로그램에 대한 발전방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이 연구 목적을 위하여 전문가 24명을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 활용하였으며, 이때 중앙치, 사분위값, 범위 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.을 활용하였다. 이 연구의 연구는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 태권도관련 학과 학생들의 해외취업 향상을 위한 교육프로그램에 필요한 교육요소에 대한 모든 질문들에서 전체 태권도 전문가들의 의견이 수락의 일치를 나타냈으며, ‘전공실기(품새, 시범, 겨루기 전체의 균형적인 실기능력 향상을 위한)프로그램’과 ‘합법적 신분문제준비와 해결을 위한 프로그램’에 대한 질문에서 태권도 전문가들의 의견이 수락의 높은 동의와 가장 높은 의견일치를 나타냈다. 따라서 대학은 이 연구에 제시된 교육요소들에 대한 교육프로그램 개설과 교육이 필요하다. 대학 태권도관련학과 학생들의 해외취업 향상을 위한 교육프로그램의 우선순위에 대한 질문에서 ‘전공실기(품새, 시범, 겨루기 전체의 균형적인 실기능력 향상을 위한)프로그램’(전체 응답률=87.5%), ‘해외 태권도장 프로그램지도를 위한 영어 교육프로그램’, ‘다양한 수업 지도법 프로그램’,‘지도자 자질함양(철학 및 인성)이 필요한 교육프로그램’(전체 응답률=83.3%), ‘해외 태권도장 경영운영을 위한 실무영어 교육프로그램’(전체 응답률=75.0%)순으로 우선순위를 나타냈다.

The purpose of this study was for Taekwondo experts such as more realistic and practical to identify the requirements of the university students with Taekwondo related majors, Education programwas designed to successful overseas employment for Education program. This study, A Delphi-technique Approach was used and total of 24 Taekwondo experts to select and conducted a survey on three separate occasions. The data analysis to SPSS 23.0 program using for The Median and Interquartile Range and frequency analysis. First, necessary education element for Education Programs to Boost Overseas Employment Among University Students with Taekwondo Related Majors of the whole question of all Taekwondo experts opinions of the acceptance and agreement. ‘Major of practical technique program’ and ‘Legal status problem of preparation and solution program’for the whole question of all Taekwondo experts opinions of the high acceptance and the highest agreement. Third , Priority Education Programs to Boost Overseas Employment Among University Students with Taekwondo Related Majors of the whole question of all Taekwondo experts opinions is as follows. ‘Major of practical technique program’(All response rate=87.5%).
