2019 개정 누리과정에 기초한 놀이분석 모임을 통한 유아반 교사의 전문성 성장 과정

Constructing the Professional Development of Children Class Teachers through Play analysis Study-Group Based on the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum

목적 본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정에 기초한 놀이분석 모임을 통한 유아반 교사의 전문성 성장 과정을 질적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다.방법 이를 위해 A 어린이집의 유아반 교사 4명과 연구자 1명이 연구모임에 참여하였다. 연구모임의 운영기간은 2020년 9월 1일부터 2021년 1월 31일까지 총 5개월이었다.결과 모임이 운영되는 기간 주간보육실행기록, 연구모임일지, 교사저널을 수집하였다.결론 2019 개정 누리과정에 기초한 놀이분석 모임을 통하여 교사들은 다음과 같이 성장해 나갔다. 첫째, 교사들은 ‘놀이에서의 교사의 역할 중요성 인식하기’와 ‘놀이 감수성 기르기의 가치인식’으로 교사역할에 대해 인식의 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 교사들은 ‘무엇이 진정으로 놀이중심교육인지 바로잡기’와 ‘놀이중심교육을 자신의 학급 아이들과 연결시켜 받아들이기’라는 교수지식을 구성해 나갔다. 셋째, 교사들은 ‘놀이중심에 맞는 교육 함께 계획하기’, ‘관찰 상황에서 교육기회 찾아내기’, ‘유아들의 몰입 목표로 삼기’라는 놀이중심교육에 적합한 교수를 실천해 나갔다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to make a qualitative analysis of the process toward the development of professionalism of children class teachers through play analysis study-group based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Methods The participants consisted of 4 teacher in A child care center and 1 investigator. This program was conducted for 5 months from September 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. Results This period of 5 months was constituted to collecting data such as weekly child care execution record, diary of study-group, teacher’s journal. Conclusions The teachers through play analysis study-group based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum have changed as follows. First, the teachers have changed their perception of the role of teachers due to ‘recognizing the importance of teachers role in play’ and ‘value awareness of developing play sensitivity’. Second, the teachers have formed the teaching knowledge of ‘correcting what is truly play-centered curriculum’ and ‘accepting play-centered curriculum by connecting it with their classmates’. Third, the teachers have been practicing professors suitable for play-oriented education, such as ‘planning together education of fits play-centered’, ‘finding educational opportunities in observation situations’, and ‘taking them as targets for children immersion’.
