왜곡된 성관념이 성폭력 무고사건의 인식에 미치는 영향

The effect of distorted sexual idea on recognition of false accused sexual violence case

본 연구의 목적은 왜곡된 성관념이 성폭력 사건뿐만 아니라 성폭력 무고사건에 대한 인식에도 영향을 미칠 것이라는 추론에서 시작되었다. 연구결과 강간통념과 성역할고정관념은 성폭력 무고사건의 인식에 영향을 미치는데, 특히 선행변수 중에서는 ‘성별’요인이 중요하고, 강간통념 중에서는 ‘피해자의 행동오해’요인이, 성역할고정관념 중에서는 ‘평등한 성역할’요인이 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 이러한 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 남녀 간에 올바른 성관념을 형성하기 위해서는 피해자의 행동을 정확하게 이해하고 수용하는 능력에 대한 교육이 필요하고, 양성평등주의적 성역할을 함양하는 성교육이 제공되어야 함을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was started with the inference that distorted sexual ideas not only influence sexual violence but also to perception of cases of false accused sexual violence. Results indicate that rape and sex-role stereotype have influence on perception of cases of false accused sexual violence, especially ‘sex’ was important factor among leading variable, ‘victim’s behavioral misunderstanding’ was important among rape stereotype, and ‘equal sex role’ among sex-role stereotype. Considering these results, in order to form adequate sexual stereotype between men and women, education on the ability to understand and accommodate victim’s behavior and sex education that cultivates equal sex role are necessary.
