A Study on the Establishment of Safety Culture through Behavior-based Safety

본 연구의 목적은 행동기반안전성의 추세를 검토하고 사례 연구에서 행동 기반 안전성의 이점을 조사하는 것이다. 관찰할 수 있는 행동 행태란 관찰할 수 있는 행동을 의미한다. 안전 문화는 행동에 대한 집단적인 근거를 바탕으로 하는 것이다. 행동기반안전이란 용어는 안전 성능의 지속적인 개선을 위해 적용되는 행동 분석 방법을 엄격히 사용하는 것을 의미한다. 증가하는 관측과 감소하는 사고율 사이의 상관관계이다.
