해경항공단의 응급환자 유형별 사례관리

Case management by the jurisdiction of Central district Coast Guard Headquarters aviation unit by emergency patient type

일정 기간 동안 중부지방해양경찰청 관내에서 응급이송헬기로 이송된 모든 환자를 대상으로 이용 실태 및 현황을 알아보고 유형별 응급환자 처치법 및 관리에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2010년 1월 1일부터 2015년 12월 31일까지 중부지방해양경찰청관내 해경항공대 헬기로 이송된 환자 287명을 대상으로 하였다. 그룹, 환자정보 및 운항사항, 질병기전에 대해 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차와 같은 빈도분석을 사용하였다. 그리고 성별에 따른 연령, 외상/비외상 여부에 따른 외상․ 비외상 질병기전, 환자발생 지역에 따른 주야간 후송, 환자발생 지역에 따른 외상/비외상 여부, 환자발생 지역에 따른 외상․비외상 질병기전을 알아보기 위해 교차분석을 실시하였다. 향후 항공응급 의료서비스가 환자소생에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 효율적인 응급이송헬기 운영지침을 마련하기 위해서는 해상 응급환자 구급 및 이송지침을 재정비하는데 노력이 필요하며 병원과의 긴밀한 정보 체계의 구축이 발전되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the management and management of emergency patients, to research the use status and actual status for all the patients transported by emergency transport helicopters in the jurisdiction of Central Marine Security Guard Headquarters, The Ministry of Public Safety and Security for a certain period. This study were conducted for 287 patients transported by the helicopters in the jurisdiction of Central Marine Security Guard Headquarters from 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2015. The frequency analysis such as Group, patient information and flight information, frequency of disease mechanism, percentage, mean, and standard deviation was used. And the cross analysis was performed in order to investigate age in accordance with the gender, non-traumatic disease mechanism in accordance with traumatic/non-traumatic trauma, day / night transfer according to patient s occurrence area and trauma/non-trauma according to patient s occurrence area.In order to arrange the operation guidance for effective emergency helicopter transport how future aviation emergency medical services will affect the survival of patient, the efforts for reorganization of transport guidance and marine emergency patient evacuation should be required and the establishment of a close information system with hospitals should be developed.
