유해화학물질 실태에 관한 안전보건적 대책 연구

Study on the Safety and Health Measures for the Actual Conditions of Hazardous Chemicals

본 논문은 사람에게 편리를 주지만 우리의 건강과 안전을 위협하는 유해화학물질에 대해 사고사례를 바탕으로 그 위험성의 실태와 대책을 알아보고자 한다. 산업안전보건법상 화학물질을 분류하여 그 규제사항을 파악하고, 사고사례를 중심으로 화학사고를 예방하기 위한 사고원인 분석, 문제점 파악, 법적 사항을 기준으로 관리대책을 마련하고자 한다. 화학물질의 사고는 일반적인 사고와는 달리 피해 규모를 파악하기가 복잡하고 까다롭다. 사업장에서 일어나는 사고뿐만 아니라 일상생활에서도 발생하고 있는 사례를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 우리 주변의 화학물질이 인체에 미치는 영향과 화학물질 관리에 대한 현행제도의 문제점을 분석하여, 추후 화학물질에 의한 사고 및 질병예방을 위한 안전보건적 대책을 제시하였다.

This study tries to find out the actual conditions and countermeasures of the danger based on accident cases about harmful chemicals that give convenience to people but threaten our health and safety. Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the government intends to identify the regulations by classifying chemicals, identify the causes of accidents, identify problems, and prepare management measures based on legal matters to prevent chemical accidents. We would like to analyze cases that occur not only in the workplace but also in everyday life. In addition, we analyzed the effects of chemicals around us on the human body and problems of the current system on chemical management, and presented safety and health measures for prevention of accidents and diseases caused by chemicals in the future.
