잠재프로파일분석을 이용한 보호대상자의 심리건강척도(KPHI)집단구분이 재범에 미치는 영향

An effect of the classes of Korea Psychological Healthy Inventory(KPHI) group of protection recipient using latent profile analysis on the recidivism

이 연구의 모형은 한국법무보호복지공단에서 숙식지원 보호대상자들에게 실시하는 심리건강척도(KPHI)의 재범 예측 요인 활용방안에 대하여 논의하고자 하였다. 따라서 기존의 심리건강척도(KPHI) 위험군 분류와 잠재프로파일분석을 통한 위험 집단 분류를 바탕으로 보호대상자의 재범에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 실증연구를 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 심리건강척도(KPHI)의 잠재프로파일 분석 결과, 3개의 유의미한 집단이 도출되었고 이를 바탕으로 위험군을 지정하였다. 또한 기존의 심리건강척도(KPHI)의 위험군과 비교하여 재범에 영향을 미치는지를 분서하였다. 그 결과 기존의 위험군 집단 분류와 잠재프로파일 분석 집단 분류가 재범에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현재 심리건강척도(KPHI)에 포함되어 있지 않은 공격성, 폭력성 등의 위험요인을 추가하여 위험군을 분류하여 입소기간 동안 사회복귀를 안정적으로 할 수 있도록 도모하고 동시에 재범예방을 위한 차등적 개입 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

The model of this study was to discuss about utilization plan of predictors for the recidivism of Korea Psychological Healthy Inventory(KPHI) that is conducted with protection recipient who are supported by Korea Rehabilitation Agency for their lodging and eating. Therefore, this study tried to verify whether classes of existing Korea Psychological Healthy Inventory(KPHI) and classes of the risk group through latent profile analysis had a significant effect on the recidivism of protection recipient through empirical study. The results of latent profile analysis of Korea Psychological Healthy Inventory(KPHI) identified three significant groups and the risk groups were designated based on this. In addition, the study analyzed whether it affected the recidivism compared to the risk group of existing Korea Psychological Healthy Inventory(KPHI). The results showed that classes of existing risk group and that of latent profile analysis group didn t have significant effect on the recidivism. Therefore, it is necessary to add risk factors such as aggression and violence that are not included in Korea Psychological Healthy Inventory(KPHI) to classify the risk group so that they can stably return to society during the period of incarceration, and at the same time, differential intervention plans for preventing recidivism should be prepared.
