소방방재분야 4차 산업 융·복합 활성화에 관한 연구

A Study on the Revitalization of Convergence and Integration of the Fourth Industry in the Fire Protection

과거의 소방·방재관리는 ‘국한’, ‘지연’, ‘소화’라는 개념으로만 접근하다보니 소방법령주의에만 관심을 가지고 소방법에만 맞추는 한계점을 가졌고 안일하게 대처해온 것이 사실이다. 이러한 과거의 한계에서 벗어나 다가오는 4차 산업혁명을 맞이하여 소방ž방재관리 분야에서도 개발 및 융합을 통한 신기술을 소방 방재와 접목시키는 사회적 요구에 응할 필요가 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 현 사회의 모든 분야를 포함하고 문과·이과의 경계를 초월하는 변화이기 때문에 소방ž방재관리에서의 사람과 사람, 사물과 사물 또는 사람과 사물 간의 초연결과 다양한 학제간의 융ž복합이 필수적으로 선행되어야할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 다가오는 4차 산업시대에 있어 절대적으로 필요한 구성요소들을 이해하고 융‧복합을 통한 포괄적인 소화·방재 및 소화활동들을 구현하여 예기치 않은 사고로부터 감당할 수 없는 재난 피해를 최소화하고 사전에 예방하는 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

In the past, it is true that firefighting and disaster prevention management approached only with the concepts of “limitation,” “delayed,” and “firefighting,” so that they had a limit of focusing only on firefighting laws, focusing only on fire-fighting laws, and coping with ease. It is necessary to overcome these limitations of the past and meet the social demands of integrating new technologies with firefighting disaster prevention in the field of firefighting and disaster prevention management in the upcoming 4th Industrial Revolution. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a change that encompasses all fields of the present society and transcends the boundaries between the liberal arts and sciences. Therefore, hyper-connection between objects and objects, between people and people, or between objects and people in firefighting and disaster prevention management will be essential. Therefore, in the upcoming 4th industrial era, this study deals with the absolutely necessary components and implements comprehensive fire extinguishing, disaster prevention and fire fighting activities through convergence, minimizing unbearable disaster damage from unexpected accidents, and suggest a preventive alternative.
