The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Taekwondo instructors employment instability on job burnout and turnover intentions and to improve the employment environment and working conditions of Taekwondo instructors. In order to proceed with this study, 385 samples of Taekwondo instructors who are teaching trainees at Taekwondo gym were used for final analysis. the collected data, To analyze SPSS /WIN Ver. 25.0 program was used for The result of this study is as follows. First, employment instability had a positive effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization factors and had a negative effect on the factors of decrease in personal achievement. Second, employment instability had a positive effect on turnover intention. Third, among the sub-factors of job burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization had a positive effect on turnover intention. And the decrease in the sense of accomplishment had a negative effect on the intention to turn over.
