Supply Management for Win-Win Collaboration:A Review of Theories and Practices

극심한 글로벌 경쟁과 사회 경제적 양극화 속에서 대․중소기업 간의 상생협력은 그들의 관계 개선과 공영을 통해 급변하는 경제상황과 다양한 고객의 요구에 대처하기 위한 경쟁력을 제고하는 새로운 경영 패러다임으로 그 필요성이 어느 때보다 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 상생협력의 개념과 필요성을 재조명하고 그 이론적 배경과 실제 사례들의 심층적 고찰을 통해 상생협력 공급관리의 현주소를 규명하고 발전 방향과 원칙에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적과 의의를 두고 있다.

In the era of intense global competition and social and economic polarization, the importance for win-win collaboration or partnership between large and small-medium firms has been increasing ever before as a new business paradigm for enhancing their com-petitiveness to cope with rapidly changing competitive landscape and diverse customer needs through better relationships and co-prosperity. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the current state of supply management for win-win collaboration and provide suggestions for its improvement path and principles, by examining its concepts and necessity and thor-oughly reviewing its theories and practices.
