본 연구에서는 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 활용하여 반도체 산업의 인력 조달계획을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 불확실성이 높은 상황에서 기존의 산업 인력 조달에 관한 방법론들이 가지는 한계인 정태성을 탈피하고자, 시스템 다이내믹스를 활용하여 동태적 시각에서 반도체 산업인력 조달에 대한 접근을 모색하였다. 중·장기적으로 산업 인력의 부족 혹은 과잉의 발생 여부와 규모를 예측하였고, 산업 인력 조달의 불균형이 발생하는 원인을 파악하고 대안을 제시하였다.
This research suggests supply planning of human resource in semiconductor industry with a system dynamics methodology. In the high level of uncertainty, existing methodologies for the human resource planning are not suitable because of their static characteristics. To overcome the limitations of the methodologies, we propose a method for the supply planning in semiconductor using the system dynamics. We forecast possibility of manpower shortage or excess and the size in the medium and long range. In conclusion, the causes of the imbalance are analyzed and solutions are suggested.
