공기연장으로 인한 비용 산출방안 연구

A Suggestion of Delay Cost Calculation and Adjustment

건설현장에서는 매우 다양한 유형의 사건들이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 사건들은 건설공사의 공기에 직접적 또는 간접적인 영향을 미치게 되고, 공사비에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 사건들에 의해 발생되는 효과는 유형에 따라 다름에도 불구하고 현행 공사계약일반조건에서는 세분하여 규정하고 있지 않다. 이로 인해 다양한 유형의 사건들이 발생하였을 때 당사자 간에는 그로 인한 효과에 대하여 클레임이나 분쟁이 발생할 가능성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공기연장과 관련한 공사계약일반조건의 내용과 이와 관련된 선행연구를 살펴본 후, 공사중단, 공정차질 등 다양한 유형에 따른 사항을 고찰하고, 그로 인한 비용 산출 공식을 도출한 후 일반화하는 방안을 모색하였다.

Various type of incidents have been occurred in the construction site. These affect some times directly or indirectly construction time and cost. There is not minute contents stipulated in the general construction contract conditions, So there is an possibility of claim or dispute. Therefore, some researches about prolongation and disrupt were investigated and analyzed. Then generalized new type of calculation method were suggested in this research.
