본 연구는 기존 건설분야의 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)가 주로 순방향 물류인 자재정보관리를 중심으로 이루어지며 원가의 부분 적정화에 초점을 둔 것에 착안하여, 전 생애주기동안 시설물 개선과 서비스 제공을 통하여 공급사슬상의 가치를 창출하는 방안으로서 순환형 공급사슬(Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management)의 적용가능성을 검토하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 공급사슬과 순환형 공급사슬과의 관계정의와 특징을 바탕으로 건설분야에서의 지속가능한 경영모델로서 CLSCM을 재정의하고 CLSCM도입에 따른 기존 건설공급사슬의 변화와 가치창출과의 관계를 연계하여 고찰하고자 한다.
The traditional Supply Chain Management (SCM) in construction projects is based on the forward logistics, often regarded as material information management, only focusing on maintaining the optimal product price. In lieu of a different point of view, this study examined the feasibility of Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management (CLSCM) as a tool of value creator in supply chain by improving facility performance throughout its lifetime and also by providing required services. The objective of this study is to redefine CLSCM as a sustainable management model in construction arena by relating the existing SC with CLSC considering their characteristics. Also, further primary issues and possible changes were investigated when newly suggested CLSCM would be applied into the construction industry.
