Prospects for Virtual Tourism after the Era of COVID-19

Purpose - The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between the sub-elements of the entrepreneurial spirit and the sub-elements of management innovation capability. And also the study attempt to explore the relationship between management innovation capability, business satisfaction and performance. The sub-elements of management innovation capability are strategic planning, research and development, and technology commercialization. Design/Methodology/Approach - 390 subjects responded to this study questionnaire, and the study sample comprised managers of SMEs from Korea. Findings - The sub-elements of the entrepreneurial spirit is closely related to the sub-elements of management innovation capability. The sub-elements of management innovation capability activities showed a statistically significant result on business satisfaction and performance. Business satisfaction had a significant positive influence on enterprise management performance. The results of the study focus on the innovative activities of enterprise’ internal management, which fundamentally becomes a source of competitive advantage for innovative small and medium-sized businesses. Research Implications - The results would also contribute to continuous research and organizational development of the enterprise to improve its innovation capability.
