1910년대 식민지 미션스쿨의 교사진 구성

A Study on Mission School Teachers in the 1910s : a case of Keisung School in Daegu

This study aims to clarify the composition of the teachers staff at Mission School in 1910. The case of the study is KeiSung School and the main analysis data are school journals, teacher minutes, and missionary reports, etc. The results of this analysis are as follows : First, KeiSung school teachers in 1910s were composed of a variety of missionary principals, Japanese teachers, and Korean teachers. Second, there were three classes of Korean teachers. Third, In the Samil Independence Movement, most Korean teachers took the initiative with students. In summary, in the 1910s, the teaching staff of KeiSung School in the 1910s were very glocal. Teachers from the Western Empire and the Eastern Empire and colonial teachers were together, and at the same time, the regional characteristics of North Gyeongsang and Northwestern regions were strongly influential.
