고등학생이 지각한 부모양육방식과 삶의 목표가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to help high school students form a career identity by analyzing the effects of perceived parenting attitude and life goals on career identity of high school students. It also was to provide basic data useful for career guidance and career education of high school students at home and school field. For this purpose, we used data the first year of high school(2016) among the 4th-year students of elementary school of the Korea Children And Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), and using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program to analyze the collected data, we calculated frequency, percent, average, standard deviation, and Cronbach s coefficients; and conducted t-test, ANOVA, Duncan s post-verification, Pearson s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there were significant differences in career identity according to the sub-factors of parental rearing style perceived by high school students and the goals of life. Second, The supervisor, affection, and rational explanation of positive parenting styles had a significant effect on career identity. Third, the goal of life was found to have the greatest influence on the formation of career identity of high school students.
