기후변화가 축산물 생산량에 미치는 영향 분석

Analysis of the Effects of Climate Change on Livestock Products

본 연구에서는 1973년부터 2018년까지 연도별 시계열 자료를 이용하여 기후변화가 축산물(한우, 돼지고기) 생산량에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 이를 위해 자기회귀시차(ARDL)모형을 활용하여 기후변화와 축산물 생산량과의 장기 및 단기적 추정결과를 도출했다. ARDL 모형 분석결과, 강수량(+), 일조시간(+), 습도(-), 온도(-)는 장․단기에 걸쳐 축산물 생산량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 장기·단기에 걸쳐 환율(+), 국내총생산(+), 인플레이션(-), 총인구수(+)는 축산물 생산량에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 분석결과는 기후변화와 축산물 생산량 사이에 강한 인과관계를 나타내므로 이에 대한 효과적인 대응 정책이 요구된다.

In this study, the effect of climate change on Livestock Products(production of Korean beef and pork) was analyzed using time series data by year from 1973 to 2018. For this, the long-run and short-run equilibrium relationship between climate change and livestock production was estimated by using the autoregressive lag difference model (ARDL). As a result of the ARDL model analysis, precipitation (+), sunshine time (+), humidity (-), and temperature (-) had a statistically significant effect on livestock production over the short and long run. In addition, exchange rate (+), gross domestic product (+), inflation (-), and total population (+) over the long and short run affected livestock production. These analysis results show a strong causal relationship between climate change and livestock production, so a response policy is required.
