코로나19를 경험한 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

Impacts of Image of nurses and Major Satisfaction on College Adjustment among Nursing students

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 본 연구의 대상자는 D광역시 소재 1개 대학교에 재학 중인 1~4학년 간호대학생 159명이다. 자료수집은 2020년 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 서술통계, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, Hierarchical regression이 실시되었다. 결과 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도와 대학생활적응 간에는 모두 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 회귀분석 결과, 전공만족도, 간호사 이미지, 주관적 성격유형, 학년, 동아리 활동여부, 주관적 학과적응이 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 대학생활적응을 55.2% 설명하였다. 결론 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 향상을 위해서는 간호사 이미지와 전공만족도 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발, 개개인의 특성을 고려한 동아리 활동 지원 등 다양한 방안을 모색해야 한다.

Objectives This descriptive study investigated the effects of image of nurse and major satisfaction on college adjustment of nursing students. Methods The Subjects were 159 nursing students in D metropolitan city. Data were collected from July 1 to 31, 2020. Data analysis was conducted descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and Hierarchial regression using SPSS 25.0 program. Results College adjustment was positive correlation between image of nurse and major satisfaction. The regression model that included major satisfaction, image of nurses, subjective personality type, grade, club activity, and academic adjustment explained about 55.2% of college adjustment. Conclusions In order to help nursing students be settled in their college life, multidimensional approaches such as program development promoting their images as a nurse and satisfaction in major, and club activity supports should be searched.
