Rasch 모형을 적용한 대학 핵심역량 진단도구의 타당화 연구

Validation of the Core Competency Assessment for College Student using the Rasch Model

본 연구의 목적은 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 A대학의 핵심역량 진단도구를 타당화하는 데 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 검사내용에 기초한 타당도 확인을 위해 문항적합도 및 점이연 측정 상관계수 추정 결과, 내ㆍ외 적합도와 점이연 측정 상관계수 모두 양호하였다. 둘째, 실제에 기초한 타당도를 확인하고자 피험자 적합도 분석을 실시한 결과, 전체피험자의 87.5%가 Rasch 모형에 적합한 문항 반응 형태를 보였다. 셋째, 내적 구조에 기초한 타당도를 확인하기 위해 실시한 잔차 분석, 아이겐 값 및 문항 간 표준잔차 상관분석 결과는 문항의 단일차원을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 반응과정에 기초한 타당도를 확인하기 위한 평정 척도 분석 결과 역시 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 일반화에 기초한 타당도를 확인하고자 성별에 따른 차별기능문항 분석을 실시하였으며, 90개 문항 중 5개 문항을 제외한 나머지 문항에서 차별기능문항이 발견되지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 진단검사가 Rasch 모형에 어느 정도 적합한지 확인하기 위해 신뢰도를 추정하였고, 그 결과 피험자와 문항에 대한 R신뢰도, 분리지수, 층화지수 모두에서 높은 내적 일관성이 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 타당도의 통합적 접근에 근거하여 다양한 타당도 근거를 확보함으로써 A대학 핵심역량 진단도구의 타당도를 통합적으로 평가하였다.

The purpose of this study is to apply the unified approach of validating the core competency assessment for college student. For the purpose, the core competency assessment was applied to 960 A university students. Specially, The validation of the tool was tested within the framework of the content, substantive, structural, generalizable aspect of validity. To examine the validity of the tool, Rasch Measurement Model was used. The results showed that most of the items were appropriate for the core competencies tool. Also, the reliability of the survey tool was tested in the context of Rasch measurement model. The results showed that the items of five core competencies possessed of reliability. In conclusion, the core competencies tool consisted of 90 items under the five core competencies and became a validated test tool with reliability and validity.
