목회 영역 안에서의 디아코니아에 대한 고려

Consideration of Diakonia within the Pastoral Domain

한국 교회는 복음 선교 사역을 지금까지 충실하게 감당해 왔다. 그러한 헌신은 세계 선교의 역사에도 빛날 정도이다. 그러나 오늘날 한국 교회는 한국 사회에서 영향력을 상실한 상태이다. 특히 그 어느 때보다 코로나19 팬데믹(pandemic)으로 인하여 경제, 사회, 문화 등 삶의 전 영역에서 어려운 시기를 보내고 있다. 그러나 이러한 사태에 교회는 사회에 긍정적인 영향력을 끼치지 못하고 있을 뿐 아니라, 사회 전반에서 교회에 대한 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것이 한국 교회의 현실이다. 이러한 시대적 상황들을 교회는 더 이상 방관하지 말고, 교회의 울타리를 넘어 세상과 소통하며, 그들의 어려움들을 함께 짊어지기 위해 세상으로 나아가야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 복음의 위기 가운데 있는 한국 교회에 새로운 생명력과 생동력을 통한 교회의 회복과 함께 무너진 교회의 신뢰도 회복을 위해 목회의 영역 안에서의 디아코니아의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

The Korean church has faithfully carried out the evangelical missionary service so far. Such dedication also shines in the history of world missionary work. Today, however, the Korean church has lost its influence in Korean society. Especially, due to the Corona19 Pandemic. It is having a difficult time in all areas of life, including economy, society, and culture. However, the church does not have a positive influence on society. And it is the reality that the Korean church is perceived negatively throughout society. The church should no longer calmly watch the current state of affairs but must go beyond the walls of the church in order to communicate with the world and share in the world’s difficulties. From this point of view, the paper aims to present the importance of Diakonia’s value in the pastoral area to restore trust in the church giving new life force to the Korean church amid the crisis of the gospel.
