[Forum] Prosecutor status in jurisdiction of Mongolia

State power distribution in Mongolia is determined as authority for legislation /The State Great Khural/, Executive power /Government/ and Jurisdiction /Court/. Court is guarantee of rule of law, human right, freedom, justice and democratic value. Judicial system must be united according to Constitution of Mongolia and independent for organization. Prosecutor inspect case registration, investigation and conviction procedures and participates to trial on behalf of state. Prosecutor status that determined and included in “Jurisdiction” by law of Mongolia is considered as foundation.
