코로나시대 영구임대아파트 노인 프로그램 운영을 위한 지역사회복지관 역할에 관한 실천적 고찰

A Practical Study on the Role of Community Welfare Center for Senior Programs in Permanent Rental Apartments in the Covid-19; Focusing on J permanent rental apartment in N-gu

본 연구는 N구 J영구임대아파트에 거주하는 노인가구 335세대를 대상으로 코로나시대 영구임대아파트 노인 프로그램 운영을 위한 지역사회복지관 역할을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 연구를 실시하였다. 조사는 2020년 3월 24일부터 8월 21일까지 1:1 면접을 통하여 진행되었으며 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회 필요 욕구로 건강, 상담, 경제지원, 학습에 높은 욕구를 확인했다. 둘째, 개인적 어려움으로 건강, 경제, 외로움 및 고독감 부분에서 높은 어려움을 확인했다. 셋째, 인구 사회학적 특성에 따라 느끼는 어려움에 차이가 있었다. 이에 지역사회복지관에서는 노인들의 욕구를 확인하고 개별화된 상황에 맞추어 안전한 환경에서 건강·정서·교육·여가지원 사업을 실천하는 노력이 요구된다.

This study was conducted on 335 households of elderly households living in J permanent rental apartments in N-gu. The purpose is to identify the role of a community welfare center for senior program during the Covid-19. The survey was conducted through 1:1 interview from 24 March to 21 August 2020. The findings are as follows. First, we identified a high need for health, counseling, economic support, and learning as a need for community needs. Second, personal difficulties have identified health, economy, loneliness and loneliness. The last, there were differences in difficulties depending on the sociological characteristics of the population. Community welfare center require efforts to identify the needs of the elderly and implement health, emotion, education, and leisure support projects in a safe environment in accordance with individualized situations.
