보육교사의 아동권리인식과 긍정심리자본이 아동권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 아동권리인식, 긍정심리자본이 아동권리존중 보육실행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 어린이집에서 근무하고 있는 보육교사 294명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 기술통계분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동권리인식, 긍정심리자본, 아동권리존중 보육실행 간 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며 아동권리인식과 긍정심리자본은 아동권리존중 보육실행에 상대적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동권리인식은 아동권리존중 보육실행에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며 긍정심리자본을 통해 아동권리존중 보육실행에 간접적인 영향도 나타나 부분 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 어린이집에서 아동권리존중 보육실행 수준을 높이기 위하여 보육교사의 아동권리인식을 확립하고 긍정심리자본을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 방안을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between childcare teacher s awareness of child rights, positive psychological capital, and child rights-respectful childcare practices, and to investigate the effects of child rights awareness and positive psychological capital on child-rights-respectful childcare practices. To this end, a survey was conducted on 294 childcare teachers currently working at daycare centers. The main results of this study are as follows. First, recognition of children s rights and positive psychological capital showed a positive correlation with respect for child rights and recognition of children s rights and positive psychological capital were found to have a statistically significant effect on the implementation of respect for child s rights. Second, it was found that recognition of children s rights has an indirect effect on the practice of respect for children s rights and childcare, which is partially mediated. Based on the results of this study, the implication of the need for measure to establish childcare teachers awareness of children s rights and to improve positive psychological capital were discussed in order to raise the level of childrights-respectful childcare practices.
