CURRENT “SILK ROAD” AND MONGOLIA

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect and significance of the Chinese “One Belt and One Road” initiative’s essence, meaning, purpose and direction toward to the world. The cooperation coverage area of the “One Belt One Road” strategy is very wide and huge. The project creates the widest economic cooperation corridor starting from Chine to cross the Central Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, West Asia and reaches Europe. The “One Belt and One Road” project includes 65 countries and 4400 million people which counts 63% of the world total population. Moreover, “One Belt and One Road” project regarded as not only involves 65 countries which locates across the projects line, but also involves whole Asia, America, and Latin America continents. Either, the paper aims to show the connection, significance and current perspective of the Mongolian “Steppe Road” initiative to the “One Belt and One Road” project.
