두 Streptomyces strains에 의한 몇몇 염료들의 탈색과 그들에 의해 생산된 각종 효소들에 관한 비교 검토

A Comparative discussions on decolorization of a few dyes and enzymes produced by two Streptomyces strains

  • 9

This study was undertaken to investigate the visible spectrum of 2 heterocyclic dyes and 5 triphenylmethane dyes, and the decolorization capability of 7 dyes with Streptomyces halstedii scabies SA1-36 and Streptomyces lavendulas SA2-14 isolated from soil and indentified, and the activities of various ligninolytic enzymes produced by these strains. Streptomyces badius ATCC 39117 was used as control group. The visible spectrum of methylene blue and alizarin sodium sulfonate into heterocyclic dyes were 664/482 nm and 518/492 nm, and bromphenol blue, crystal violet, ethyl violet, malachite green, cresol red into triphenylmethane dyes were each 592/492 nm, 5941460 nm, 594/478 nm, 618/424 nm, 434/386 nm. In the test to examine into decolorization ratios of methylene blue, alizarin sodium sulfonate, bromphenol blue, crystal violet, ethyl violet, malachite green, cresol red with Streptomyces halstedii scabies SA1-36, Streptomyces lavendulas SA2-14 and Streptomyces badius ATCC 39117 on 20 cultural days, alizarin sodium sulfonate indicated the maximal decolorization rates as 72.9%, 73.8%, and 71.3% among the decolorization rates of 7 dyes with 3 strains respectively. Activity of VAO exhibited the maximal activity among detected enzymes as 10.24 nmol/mg. protein, 11.23 nmol/mg. protein, 11.94 nmol/mg. protein on 6 cultural days in all of strains respectively, but MnP was not detected except Streptomyces lavendulas SA2-14.
